Beach Cities Robotics is a conglomerate of students from Redondo Union and Mira Costa High Schools, generous mentors, and dedicated volunteers from our beach-side cities. We come together for six hours every Sunday as we religiously devote ourselves to the advancement of robotics throughout our communities and schools from grades four to twelve.

BCR participates in FIRST and VEX competitions through FIRST Lego League, FIRST Tech Challenge, VEX Robotics Competition, and FIRST Robotics Competition, making us a year round team.

Team 294 is composed of about twenty-eight students and Team 992 (FLL) has approximately ten kids led by Kevin Ryan and Rick Wagner. Everyone here gets along well and we have created a family of people who support each other. We are always looking for more smart, motivated students to join us.
